Our custom jewelry is crafted from precious sterling silver adorned with either *14K gold ;plating* or *rhodium plating. Each custom piece is made to order, so please allow **10-21 business days* for delivery. Note that all custom jewelry sales are *FINAL*—no returns or exchanges—and custom items are excluded from our lifetime warranty program.
